Limited Warranty

XG Equipment (“the Company”) warrants new products (“the Product”) free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months after date of delivery to the first user (“the Buyer”), or 1,000 hours, whichever period expires first. This warranty is separate from our Return & Refund Policy.

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

The Company’s obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to providing replacement parts, upon the Company’s inspection, for any parts which appear to have been defective in material or workmanship. Replacement parts will be provided at no charge; however, the Buyer is responsible for all applicable shipping and handling fees.

Warranty Conditions

  1. The warranty is valid only for the original Buyer and is not transferable.
  2. The Product must be operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and specifications.
  3. Regular maintenance, as outlined in the Product’s manual, must be performed.
  4. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  5. Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
  6. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, filters, belts, and hoses, are not covered by this warranty.
  7. The Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with warranty claims, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Company.
  8. The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product to determine the validity of any warranty claim.

Any improper use including, but not limited to, operation with defective or worn parts, operation beyond rated capacity, substitution of parts by third parties not approved by the Company, or any alteration or repair by others in such manner as the Company believes, in their judgment, affects the Product materially and adversely, shall void this warranty.

Claim Procedure

In the event of a warranty claim, the Buyer must:

  2. Allow 7–10 business days for a representative to contact you to process your warranty claim.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware County, Ohio.

Additional Terms

Any additional terms or conditions not explicitly stated in this warranty are subject to XG Equipment‘s standard terms of sale. By using the Product, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this warranty.
